Privacypolicy

LLC “Dominant Promotion” (ТОВ «Домінант Промоушен»), a company registered in Ukraine under EDRPOU code 45458655 (“DMNNT”, “we”, “us”), is the controller of your personal data. DMNNT® is a registered trademark owned by Daria Rakitska and used by LLC “Dominant Promotion” with the owner’s permission.

We take the privacy of our clients, athletes, partners and website visitors seriously. This Policy explains what personal data we receive when you visit dmnnt.pro (the “Website”), contact us or work with us, why we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have.

We process personal data in line with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The Website has no forms or user accounts.

Data you give us:

• Email and messengers: if you write to ceo@dmnnt.pro or contact us through a messenger link (for example the “Text me” button), we receive your name, contact details and the content of your message.
• Clients, athletes and partners: when we work together, we receive the information needed to provide our services under the Agreement.

Data collected automatically:

• Analytics and advertising: if you accept cookies in our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. They collect technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, time spent on the Website, referring website and actions on the Website. Without your consent these tools are not activated.
• Server logs: our hosting provider may record basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the Website secure and working.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of data (such as health, religion or political views). Please do not send such data unless it is necessary and we have agreed on it.

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share it with:

• Sponsors, brands, media and event organisers. Only with your approval or the approval of your authorised representative, and only as far as needed to promote you or close a deal.
• Service providers who help us run our business: website hosting, email, cloud storage, CRM, analytics and advertising (for example Google Workspace, Notion, Google Analytics and Meta). They process data only on our instructions. Data collected through Meta Pixel is also processed by Meta under its own Privacy Policy.
• Accountants, lawyers and auditors, where needed.
• State authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of our service providers and partners are located outside Ukraine (for example in the EU, UK or USA). When we transfer data abroad, we make sure it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the provider’s data protection terms, standard contractual clauses, or your consent.

• Messages that did not lead to cooperation: up to 12 months after our last communication.
• Client and partner data: for the term of the contract and up to 3 years after it ends, or longer where required by Ukrainian accounting and tax law.
• Analytics and advertising data: up to 14 months, according to the settings of the analytics and advertising tools.
• Server logs: according to our hosting provider’s standard settings.

After that, we delete or anonymise the data.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including a secure connection (HTTPS), access restricted to team members who need it, and trusted service providers. No online transmission is 100% secure, but we will notify you and the relevant authority of a data breach where the law requires it.

You have the right to:

• know what data we hold about you and receive a copy;
• ask us to correct inaccurate data;
• ask us to delete your data;
• object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
• withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing before withdrawal);
• file a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) or, if you are in the EU, with your local data protection authority.

To use any of these rights, write to ceo@dmnnt.pro. We will reply within 30 days.

We use three types of cookies:

• Necessary cookies are needed for the Website to function. They do not require consent.
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) help us count visits and see which pages are popular.
• Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel) help us measure our ads and show them to people who visited the Website.

Analytics and advertising cookies are activated only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time in the banner settings or in your browser.

The Website contains links to social networks and messengers (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and others). When you go to them, their own privacy policies apply.

The Website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. When we represent a young athlete, we process their data only with the consent of their parent or legal guardian.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the “Last updated” date at the top.
